Whether you start from detailed specifications or a range concept, our team turns your goals — species, life stage, positioning, raw material budget — into a realistic, coherent formula ready for industrial production. A formula is only approved once it has been produced and tested under our real manufacturing conditions, not just calculated on paper.

What a formula covers
Three balances to hold at the same time
Every formula must reconcile nutrition, industrial feasibility and range consistency.
Industrial feasibility
A formula must also behave well in extrusion: kibble structure, moisture, suitability for coating. Cooking and drying parameters are adjusted batch after batch until stable, with samples verified by an independent external laboratory.
Range consistency
Each new product builds on the raw materials and processes already mastered across our five existing ranges, to keep the range clear and production consistent.
Validation
A formula proven before it is locked
Formulating on paper is not enough: every formula is produced under real conditions, adjusted based on the results — moisture, texture, extrusion behaviour — and re-checked until the targets are met. This iteration between laboratory, production line and quality control is what separates a realistic formula from one that is only correct in theory.
Formulation catalogue
Five ranges, two protein families, a ready-to-use starting point
Alongside our ongoing development work, we have built a catalogue of dog food formulas tested and validated under real production conditions, organised into five ranges. Each one comes in two protein families — fish, or chicken / turkey / duck — to fit the positioning needs of each brand or distributor. This catalogue is a solid starting point: a brand can adopt a formula as is, or ask us for a tailored adjustment based on it. All our ranges share a common foundation: a prebiotic complex (xylo-oligosaccharides, fructo-oligosaccharides and mannan-oligosaccharides), brewer’s yeast and vitamin E.
