Raw material control
Document checks, visual inspection and organised storage for each ingredient family before it enters production.
The quality of a dry food is not decided at the end of the line: it is built when raw materials are received, checked during production and documented all the way to shipping.

Every production batch is linked to the raw materials it contains and the manufacturing parameters used, so that we can respond quickly to any question from a partner or an inspection authority. This rigour is based on the standards of the HACCP approach and on a sanitary approval issued by ONSSA.
Each step of the chain has its own dedicated control point.
Document checks, visual inspection and organised storage for each ingredient family before it enters production.
Each production sheet records the key manufacturing parameters — dosing, cooking, drying, coating — to allow batch-by-batch monitoring.
Appearance, uniformity, moisture content and packaging are checked before shipping, with a batch number on every bag and, for certain parameters, verification by an independent external laboratory.
MAROC PET FOOD holds a sanitary approval issued by ONSSA (Office National de Sécurité Sanitaire des Produits Alimentaires, Morocco’s National Food Safety Office), following an official inspection of our Benslimane facilities by the competent veterinary services. This approval certifies that our site complies with the sanitary requirements in force in Morocco for the manufacture of animal feed.
Beyond this approval, our quality organisation is based on the standards of the HACCP approach, which structure our entire manufacturing process — from raw material receipt to shipment of the finished product.
ONSSA approvedEvery formula undergoes laboratory analyses covering several families of parameters, checked against recognised nutritional references and current regulations.
Intake and stability of vitamins sensitive to heat and oxidation.
Intake of B-group vitamins, essential to metabolism.
Balance of calcium, phosphorus and electrolytes.
Precise dosing of essential minerals needed in small amounts.
Preserving nutritional quality over time.
Screening for contaminants against current regulatory thresholds.
Monitoring of fungal contamination to ensure product stability and safety.
ONSSA approval, batch-by-batch traceability, external laboratory testing: we are happy to answer your questions.
