From receiving raw materials to shipping the finished product, every step is organised to deliver compliant, traceable kibble whatever the volume, on an ONSSA-approved site — with the same standard that founded this project: leave nothing to chance when it comes to what feeds an animal.
Our industrial equipment
A process built for kibble extrusion
Our plant is built around a line dedicated to dry pet food: dosing, mixing, extrusion cooking, drying, coating and packaging follow one another according to a production sheet specific to each product and each batch. Every parameter — cooking temperature, drying speed, coating rate — is defined by the formula, recorded, and adjusted as needed during production rather than fixed once and for all.

Capabilities
What our line can run
Three main sequences structure our production equipment.
Dosing, mixing and extrusion
Weighing according to the formula sheet, homogenisation, then extrusion cooking, which gives the kibble its shape, texture and structure.
Drying, coating and packaging
Moisture stabilisation, application of fats and palatability flavours, then bagging and shipment preparation — every critical step being recorded and, depending on the control point, verified by an external laboratory.
